The Lynx finished the Mid-Summer Classic at 3-1.  The Lynx had victories over the Yardgoats, Harrisburg Gold and Volga.  In the opener Saturday morning the Lynx started fast scoring 8 runs in the first and finishing Volga off 15-0 in 2.  Micah Stofferahn pitched the 3-inning complete game.  He allowed 0 runs on one hit while striking out 5.  

In the Pool Championship Game, the local nine battled to the final out falling to a very strong Pierre team 10-6.  Sanders Anshutz pitched a strong 5 innings for the Lynx.  Breyson Barthman collected two hits, scored two runs and drove in two.  

BV is back in action on Wednesday vs Brookings in Valley Springs.  It's the final home games of the season for the Lynx.  

On a warm, humid Thursday morning with the grass growing while the game was going on the 13U Lynx sent the Yardgoats to pasture.  The Lynx came out strong and behind the pitching of Riley Waldner and Jackson Lubinus brought home a 6-1 victory in the opening round of the SEBA Mid Summer Classic.  The Lynx have 3 games remaining in pool play.  One game on Friday and two  games Saturday.  Go get’ ‘em boys!
