2020 Fall Baseball
Ages 12-14 on January 1, 2020 or in 7th and 8th Grade.
What is Fall Baseball? Fall baseball is an opportunity to for our players to build on their technical skills during practice and gain tactical knowledge which will be used during our fall games. The players will be involved in an experience that promotes sportsmanship, skill enhancement through instruction, teamwork, respect for the game, and love of baseball.
CAMPS: Due to BV Athletic recommendations we will be limiting outside participation and changing out Jr Fall Ball. Jr Fall Ball practices and games will be combined to create Fall Ball Camps. All Jr. Fall Ball camps will be held at First National Bank Field on Saturdays from 9:00am to 12:00pm. We will have 5 BV coaches at each camp and majority of the camps will be broken down into three sections. (Small group work, Team group work, and Scrimmage)
*The purpose of Fall Ball is player development!
Camp Dates: Saturday September 5, 12, 19, 26, and October 3
Expectations: The players will be expected to be on time, work hard, be coachable, be positive, and be respectful. (Respect: the game, players, coaches, umpires, and equipment) The players will need to be properly equipped for practice and games.
