Harrisburg coughs up lead, Lynx Varsity wins 10-9

With Lynx Varsity trailing by one, Payton Livingston came to the plate and singled, scoring Ryan Meyer

Livingston racked up four RBIs on three hits for Lynx Varsity. 

Each team blasted the other's pitching, and there were 19 total runs and 33 hits during the game. There were six pitchers used in the game as the two managers searched for any way to finish it off. 

Ethan Horner got it done on the hill on the way to a win. He allowed two runs over three innings. He struck out none, walked one and surrendered four hits. 

Tanner Brown couldn't get it done on the mound for Harrisburg, taking a loss. He lasted just four innings, walked two, struck out five, and allowed three runs. 

The top of the first saw Harrisburg take an early lead, 1-0. Harrisburg's rally started when Drew Andela doubled. A single by JT Miller then moved Andela from second to third. A few plays later, Andela stole home. 

Lynx Varsity scored five runs of its own in the first. Lynx Varsity scored on a passed ball, an RBI single by Livingston, a sacrifice fly by Mitchell Hoover, and a two-run single by Kyle Bailey

Harrisburg brought home one run in the fourth inning, and matched that run total in the seventh. In the fourth, Harrisburg scored on an RBI single by Kyle Corcoran, bringing home Leif Thorson

Harrisburg scored two runs in each of the sixth, eighth and tenth. In the sixth, Harrisburg scored on a groundout by Corcoran, plating Thorson. 

A key tenth-inning rally gave Lynx Varsity the lead for good. Lynx Varsity tacked on a total of three runs on two singles.
