Years Played for BVBA: I’ve played in BVBA for about 10 years. Machine Pitch was the first level I played at, after moving to Brandon in 3rd grade.

Best Baseball Memory: I was playing catch before a game when a ball came out of nowhere and struck me right in the eye. Almost immediately, my eye began to swell and turn black and blue. My Dad went to get ice to ease the pain but came back with two freezies. They were out of ice! I sat in the dugout with freezies pressed against my face while watching my team win. It is something I will never forget, making it my best/worst baseball memory.

Favorite Coach: I have been fortunate to play in an association where there are great coaches at each level. I had the most fun playing for Jake and Beek as well as Mitch and Minnick, but VanHeel and Steemken taught me a lot about hard work and dedication. Also, I can't forget my Dad who coached me for many years and showed me the great game of baseball.

Favorite Position: P/OF

Future Plans: I plan on attending South Dakota State University to become a Civil Engineer.

Favorite Field: First National Bank Field of course!

Favorite School Subject: Math

Best Baseball Trip Memory: I have no specific baseball trip memory, but all those long bus rides and hotel shenanigans are certainly things I will never forget.

Covid-19 Story: Having no baseball gives me a lot more time to golf and just relax.

Thanks to my coaches, teammates, and BVBA for a great 10 years of baseball!

THANK YOU TO ETHAN AND HIS FAMILY FOR THEIR CONTRIBUTIONS TO OUR PROGRAM.  YOU HAVE LEFT IT BETTER THAN YOU FOUND IT!
