SENIOR PROFILE -
RYAN BARKER

Ryan Barker – 2 Sport Athlete at BVHS (Football and Baseball)

Years Played: I started playing baseball at home at the age of 3, which helped prepare me for all the years in the Brandon Valley Baseball Association.

Best Baseball Memory: Hitting a homerun in the Little League game against Fargo in Rapid City. I still have the dirty baseball, thanks to Stacy Scholten.

Favorite Coach: Of course my dad all through BV League Ball. I also enjoyed Coach Jake Adams and Beek.

Favorite Position: Center Field

Future Plans: I will be attending SDSU this fall. My major is undecided, but I am leaning towards something in the medical field.

Favorite Field: The new First National Bank Field

Best Baseball Trip Memory: The trips to Omaha where we played laser tag and went to the College World Series games.

I will never forget all the fun, hard work and friendships I have made in baseball. A special thank you to all of my coaches over the years, Brandon Valley Baseball Association, my parents and especially my number one cheerleader-my sister Reese.

Thanks-Ryan
