If you love baseball Brandon and Valley Springs are the place to be this summer.  The BVBA sponsors 6 teams that will compete for State Championships this summer.  Here is a run down of the teams.

Brandon Valley Sr. Legion (Coaches - Jeremy VanHeel and Evan Steemken) - BV should be one of the favorites in a very competitive Sr. Legion field.  The team features many players from the high school that was ranked #1 in the state most of the high school season.  The Legion team opens up Wednesday night at First National Bank in a doubleheader vs. Harrisburg at 5:00 pm.

Brandon Valley Jr. Legion (Coaches - Kelly Krzmarzick & Ken Longman) - The BV Jr. Legion open their season Tuesday night at Legion Field vs. SF East.  This team will feature players from the Jr. Varsity and the Freshman/Sophomore teams from this spring.

Brandon Valley 16u (Ryan Meyer and Payton Livingston) - This team opened their season last week.  They currently are 2-4 on the season.  The team faced excellent competition in the Pizza Ranch Tournament last weekend and played very well.  They are off to Fargo this weekend for their second tournament of the season.

Brandon Valley 13u - 14u (Coaches - 14u Joel Sage & Zach Felderman.  13u - Mitch Hoover & Isaiah Chevalier.  13/14u - Andrew Erkonen & Jacob Johnson) At this age bracket the BVBA sponsors three teams.  The 13u Black, 14u Black & 13/14 Red.  These teams will compete in many local and regional tournaments this season.

In all these teams will compete in over 300 games and have an opportunity to win a State Championship at each level.
