Brandon Valley Baseball Association

Hello Everyone!
Brandon Valley Baseball Boosters are putting on our major fundraiser and we
need your help!  Relax!!!  The only thing we are asking is for you to
attend!  The goal of this event is to limit the number of other fundraising
requirements placed on our players and their families.

On Saturday February 11th 2017 we are having an incredible dinner to support
our players.  The ticket prices are 50.00 per person and the additional
proceeds from ticket sales will go toward travel related costs including
hotels and food.  There will be 150 tickets for sale.  Please treat this as
your early valentine’s day celebration or you can just come to hang out with
the gang. The food will be great and we are planning a silent auction.
Please invite a friend outside of baseball.  The more participation we have
the more it will help eliminate the additional needs for fund raising.

The Menu will include:
Prime Rib and Bacon Wrapped Chicken
A Green Salad, Baby Red Potato’s and French Style Green beans

Cash Bar/ silent auction bidding and social hour at 5 pm.
Dinner will be at 6 pm.

Checks need to be made out to- BV Baseball.  Send Checks with your mailing

Tickets will be mailed to you.
