The Brandon Valley Baseball Association is a non-profit organized to administer the youth baseball program for the enjoyment and enrichment of the youth in the
Brandon Valley School District.
The goals of the organization are to provide the participants in the program with the opportunity to gain a basic understanding of
the rules and concepts of the game of baseball and to play the game in an atmosphere that promotes good sportsmanship and respect for teammates, opponents, coaches,
game officials and the game of baseball itself.
The BVBA by-laws are provided below to further provide program participants with information about the Association
and how it is administered.
These by-laws were modified, amended, restated and adopted in March 2007.
